I have added some pages that are only available to website members who register a username and password. The pages will contain information on PSOC CE Programs attended available only to the pharmacist obtaining the CE, program or dinner invitations which are intended for pharmacists only, and PSOC meeting minutes to name a few. There will be different levels of access for Pharmacists, PSSNY members, PSOC members, PSOC board members, etc.

I am currently developing a PSOC website for the iphone and touch. If you use those devices and access the website at www.orangerx.org, you will be redirected to the pages for those devices. It is currently under construction.

Effective October 1, 2008, if a drug is denied by Part D because it is not on the formulary or it requires prior authorization, the pharmacist needs to contact the prescriber before billing EPIC to determine if an alternative drug covered by the Part D plan can be substituted.
